4. Uploaded Content and Files

4.1 Your Responsibility for Uploaded Content

When you upload a file to SmallSeoTools for processing, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to upload and process that file. You confirm that the file does not contain content that violates any applicable law, and that uploading and processing the file does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

You retain full ownership of any files you upload to SmallSeoTools. We do not claim any ownership over your uploaded content.

4.2 How We Handle Your Files

As stated in our Privacy Policy, files you upload to SmallSeoTools are used solely to complete the processing task you have requested. They are not stored permanently on our servers, are not shared with third parties, and are automatically deleted after processing is complete.

6. Advertisements
