DMCA Policy
SmallSeoTools respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and copyright holders. If you believe any content on our platform infringes your copyright, this DMCA Policy explains exactly how to submit a formal takedown request, what information we need, and how we will respond. We take every legitimate claim seriously and act promptly.
DMCA Policy
Effective Date: February 22, 2026 Last Updated: February 22, 2026
SmallSeoTools, accessible at smallseotools.cv, respects the intellectual property rights of all content creators, copyright holders, and rights owners. We are committed to operating a platform that complies with applicable copyright law and takes legitimate infringement claims seriously.
This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for handling notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) and equivalent international copyright frameworks. Although SmallSeoTools is operated from Pakistan, we follow DMCA procedures as an internationally recognized standard for handling copyright complaints, and we respond to valid notices regardless of the jurisdiction from which they originate.
1. Our Commitment to Copyright Compliance
SmallSeoTools does not host, publish, or distribute user-generated content libraries. Our platform provides browser-based image processing tools — converters, compressors, resizers, and related utilities — that process files uploaded by individual users on a temporary, session-only basis. Uploaded files are not stored permanently, are not made publicly accessible, and are automatically deleted from our servers as soon as processing is complete.
However, we recognize that the written content, tool descriptions, articles, graphics, and other materials published on SmallSeoTools represent our own intellectual property, and that disputes can arise in various contexts. We also acknowledge that the nature of an image processing platform means users may occasionally upload content they do not have the right to process, and we take our responsibility in that context seriously.
We are committed to investigating all legitimate copyright concerns promptly and taking appropriate action where infringement is confirmed.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative of a copyright owner and you believe that content available on SmallSeoTools infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to us using the contact information provided in Section 5 of this policy.
To be valid and actionable, your DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following information.
2.1 Required Information for a Valid DMCA Notice
Your full legal name and a description of your role — whether you are the copyright owner or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the copyright owner.
A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notice, you may provide a representative list of those works.
A description of the material on SmallSeoTools that you claim is infringing or is the subject of infringing activity. Please provide sufficient detail — including the specific URL or page location on smallseotools.cv — to allow us to locate the material in question.
Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, so that we can communicate with you regarding your notice.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Notices that do not include all of the above information may not be processed or may result in a delayed response. We reserve the right to request additional information where a notice is incomplete or unclear.
3. How We Respond to Valid DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA takedown notice, SmallSeoTools will take the following steps.
We will review the notice promptly to confirm that it meets the requirements outlined in Section 2 of this policy.
If the notice is valid and the identified material is within our control, we will take appropriate action — which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material — as expeditiously as is reasonably practicable.
Where applicable and where contact information is available, we will notify the user whose content or activity is the subject of the notice that a DMCA complaint has been received and that action has been taken.
We will retain a record of the notice in accordance with our data retention practices.
Please note that SmallSeoTools does not permanently store uploaded user files. If a DMCA notice relates to a file uploaded by a user for processing through one of our tools, that file will already have been automatically deleted from our servers by the time the notice is received in the vast majority of cases, as files are removed immediately after processing is complete.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you submitted to SmallSeoTools was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice that was submitted in error or based on a misidentification of your content, you may submit a counter-notification to us.
To be valid, a counter-notification must include the following information.
Your full legal name and contact information including your mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location — including the URL — where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or from an agent of that person.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will review it and, where appropriate, may restore the removed material within a reasonable period of time unless the original complainant takes legal action to prevent the restoration.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
SmallSeoTools takes a firm stance on repeat copyright infringement. In accordance with the DMCA and our commitment to copyright compliance, we maintain a policy of terminating or restricting access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes a pattern of repeat infringement and to take appropriate action including permanently restricting access to the platform for users who engage in repeated infringing activity.
6. Misuse of DMCA Notices
The DMCA provides legal remedies for those who knowingly and materially misrepresent that content is infringing. If you submit a DMCA takedown notice that contains materially false information — for example, if you claim copyright ownership over material that is not yours, or if you make false statements about the infringing nature of material — you may be liable for damages including legal costs and attorney fees incurred by the affected parties.
SmallSeoTools reserves the right to seek appropriate remedies against parties who abuse the DMCA notice process in bad faith.
7. Our Own Intellectual Property
The content published on SmallSeoTools — including but not limited to tool descriptions, articles, guides, written copy, logos, interface design, and other original materials — is the intellectual property of SmallSeoTools and is protected under applicable copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on SmallSeoTools without our express prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
If you wish to use any content from SmallSeoTools for any purpose, please contact us through the Contact page on our website to request permission.
8. Limitations of Our Platform
As noted in Section 1, SmallSeoTools is a tool-based platform rather than a content hosting platform. We do not maintain a library of user-uploaded content that persists beyond individual processing sessions. The platform processes files temporarily and deletes them automatically after each session.
This means that in the context of user-uploaded files, SmallSeoTools does not function as a repository of content that can be reviewed, removed, or disabled in the traditional sense of a DMCA takedown. If you have concerns about a user uploading and processing your copyrighted content through our platform, please contact us and we will discuss the concern and any appropriate steps we can take.
We are committed to working with copyright holders in good faith to address legitimate concerns even where the technical architecture of our platform means that traditional DMCA remedies may not directly apply.
9. Changes to This DMCA Policy
We reserve the right to update this DMCA Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, our platform, or our procedures. When changes are made, the updated policy will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of SmallSeoTools after any updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
